If there has been a mistake with your delivery eg the wrong print, please contact me at sophie_cunningham@hotmail.co.uk with your details. The item needs to be returned in the original packaging and your postage costs will be be covered once the item has been received and the correct item sent asap.
If you receive a product that has been smushed in the post, please email me a clear picture of the damage to sophie_cunningham@hotmail.co.uk within 10 days of receiving it and a brand spanking new one will be posted. There is no need to send the damaged item back.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it in its original condition and packaging within 10 days for an exchange or refund. Please email with your details with the reason for the return and ensure a secure/tracked method of postage is used as I cannot take responsibility for items lost in the postal ether.
For undamaged goods, shipping costs will not be refunded. Once the product has been received in its original condition, you will be sent an email and a refund minus the original postage.
If you are exchanging, an extra post and packaging charge will apply.
